El Sendero de San Pedro is the first full length record by Fait Réel, pseudonym of Ferréol de Gressot, a french musician from Paris.

Partially recorded in Peru and Bolivia in 2018, El Sendero de San Pedro can be listened as a musical travel diary composed of field recordings of shamanic sessions in Peru and nature sounds of South America blended with dronish synthesizers and ethereal strings arrangements.

It results in an ensemble of pieces located between New Age cheesiness, the noisy side of dark ambient, and the mystical vibes of Fourth World Music.

El Sendero de San Pedro est le premier album de Fait Réel, pseudonyme de Ferréol de Gressot, musicien basé à Paris.

Partiellement enregistré pendant un long séjour entre le Pérou et la Bolivie, El Sendero de San Pedro s'écoute comme un journal de voyage musical fait d'enregistrements sonores de séances chamaniques au Pérou et des sons de la nature sud-américaine, le tout s'entrelaçant au monolithisme des synthétiseurs et l'éclat des arrangements de cordes.

Il en résulte un ensemble de morceaux oscillant entre atmosphère New Age, dark ambient et les sonorités tribales et mystiques de la Fourth World Music.
